The price of our rooms for the 2020 season. We offer rooms for 2 people, including cleaning services and linen change. The costs also include services such as free Wi-Fi and breakfast and all rooms are have air conditioning and all kinds of useful services for your comfort.

The services included in the price are: wi-fi, air conditioning, heating, daily cleaning, bed linen (changed every 3 days), towels and bathrobes (changed daily), hearty breakfast with local products (bread, jam, fresh fruit, milk, coffee, tea, homemade yogurt, cereals, freshly baked cakes, and various delights according to your tastes), fridge and freezer, unattended private parking.

The booking is confirmed by paying a deposit equal to 30% of the entire stay and communicating the following data by email: name, surname, place and date of birth, residence, number of an identification document, telephone number.

Cancellations received in writing within the 30th day from the date of the beginning of the stay give right to the full refund of the deposit; those received in writing by the 15th day result in the loss of 50% of the deposit; from the 14th day including the penalty is 100%.

In the event of early departure from the established date, no refunds will be made.

Unless special needs of our guests, check-in is from 15:00 to 21:00. However, please communicate in advance the expected arrival time.

Please note that, on the day of departure, the rooms must be vacated by 11:00 to allow cleaning and delivery to new arrivals, a delay will result in the charge of an additional night.

The use of the kitchen and dishes is prohibited.

Animals are not allowed inside the Bed & Breakfast, only for hygienic reasons and for any allergies from other customers.
